This would be the only Ibanez I would want, other than Dino Cazares, 7 string reverse headstock, but I am a stringer by heart, and I also like setnecks and neckthroughs.....I do not think I will ever buy a bolt on, unless it is a Fender Tele

those pickups are EMG 808's. I think they are from the 6 or 7 string bass pickup casing. Monster extreme guitar man!

I might consider geting one if I could have a couple more fingers surgically installed on my left hand (preferably bionic ones :D ).
That fretboard looks like a runway, man that's huge....lol.

I'd like to have one of those, but I wouldn't spend that much... Actually, the fretboard would be no problem for me since I play a 7-string bass, which is definitely wider than that.

What is the purpose of the 8th string? I mean, is it extra high or low? I know seven stringers are tuned (low to high) B E A D G B E. How are 8 stringers tuned?
does it come with Miracle-Gro for your fingers?
how much would it cost to have extensions surgically grafted to your fingertips?

think about tuning lower than from high to low E B G D A E B G D.
You should listen to Asesino http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=2120051&MyToken=2f9c84c5-7070-4624-a42e-1cd7956498ca
I believe Ibanez made this especially for Dino Cazares, the guitarist for them, and then for who ever else wants to run with this most gnarly AXE!

You posted 9 notes. So, is it (high to low) E B G D A E B G ?

or whatever you tune it to. You can pretty much take the high bass guitar strings and then really go deep like Scott Ian of Anthrax does. He was the first one to play eight string electric guitars!
