"Auditioning" for a praise band

I'm flabberghasted...... I went to visit a new church today and lo and behold who did I see on the drums but the drummer for one of the metal bands I used to tech for back in the day. I start talking to him and another guitar players that I knew, and it turns out they are getting ready to start doing two services Sunday mornings and are putting together a second praise and worship band.

"Auditions" are Tuesday and I have been invited to come play bass since they don't have a bass player. :cool: I'm still floored.

If y'all would please pray for me that things will go well Tuesday night.

I haven't been this exited about anything in a loooong time. :D

Just your basic praise and worship band, 5 vocals, 3 guitars/ 1 electric..2 acoustic, a percussionist, a drummer, a pianist and me on the bass. :D
